Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Xtalama ("we," "our," "us") may issue refunds for payments made by Influencers and Clients (Brands/Companies) on our platform.
By subscribing, paying, or using Xtalama services, you accept this policy in full.

1. General Policy

All payments made on the Xtalama platform are strictly non-refundable, except in specific, limited cases outlined in this policy.
This ensures fairness, protects against abuse, and supports the global operation of our influencer-client marketplace.

2. Influencer Subscription Fees

a. Initial Subscription (New Influencers)

New influencers pay a non-refundable $8 USD subscription fee, valid for 3 months of platform access.

This grants access to campaign listings, client visibility, and application features.

No guarantee of selection or earnings is provided, as all hiring decisions are made by clients, not Xtalama.

b. Ongoing Subscription (Renewals)

After the initial 3 months, influencers must pay a $6 USD monthly renewal fee to maintain account access.

Monthly renewals are non-refundable once processed.

It is the influencer’s responsibility to cancel the renewal before the billing date to avoid charges.

c. Refund Exclusions for Influencers

Refunds will not be issued if:

You do not receive campaign opportunities

You are not selected by clients

You do not use the platform

You change your mind or stop creating content

You violate our Terms of Use and your account is suspended or terminated

3. Optional Influencer Purchases

Any paid features such as profile boosts, promotional placement, or add-ons are non-refundable once activated.

4. Client (Brand/Company) Payments

Clients pay to fund campaigns and select influencers of their choice. Xtalama provides the platform but does not control influencer selection or campaign results.
Client payments are non-refundable once:

An influencer is selected or approved

A campaign is launched

Deliverables are in progress

Refunds will not be issued for:

Poor campaign performance

Change of strategy

Creative dissatisfaction

Client delay in providing necessary content or materials

5. Limited Exceptions (Discretionary Refunds)

Refunds may be granted only under these rare conditions:

Duplicate or overpayment caused by platform technical error

Service was never activated due to a verified system fault

Client cancels within 24 hours before influencer selection

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. If approved, refunds may take up to 15 business days.

6. Influencer Earnings Withdrawals

Withdrawn influencer earnings are final and non-refundable.
Xtalama is not liable for:

Mistaken withdrawals

Losses caused by third-party payment providers

Withdrawals made under accounts later found in violation of policies

Fraudulent activity may result in withheld or reversed payments.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Xtalama is a violation of our terms.
This may result in:

Permanent account ban

Reversal of funds or earnings

Legal action if fraud is involved

Always contact support before initiating a dispute.

8. Policy Changes

Xtalama may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published here with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the platform means you agree with our terms and conditions
