3. Premium Subscriptions

  • While registration is free, influencers may purchase premium subscription plans to access additional features (e.g., priority listing, enhanced visibility, analytics tools, campaign support).

  • Subscription terms, durations, and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • All premium payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in downgraded access or account suspension.


4. Platform Use

Users agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You shall not:

Clients:

Influencers:

  • Must create authentic, original content and fulfill campaign requirements once agreed.

  • Are expected to disclose paid promotions according to advertising laws and platform policies.

  • Shall not misrepresent metrics, audience reach, or engagement statistics.


6. Content Ownership and Rights

  • Influencers retain ownership of the content they create.

  • By agreeing to a campaign, influencers grant the client a limited, non-exclusive license to use the agreed content for promotional purposes.

  • Xtalama may feature publicly visible content on its website or social media for marketing purposes with credit to the creator.


7. Third-Party Transactions

  • Xtalama is not responsible for disputes, miscommunication, or failed transactions that occur outside the platform.

  • We recommend that users keep communication and payments within the platform when available to ensure safety and support.


8. Account Termination and Suspension

  • Xtalama reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.

  • Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support.
